Do not assume that “Mute button” is working. I saw this commercial today and being a IT (Telecom) professional I though it was very funny.

Rally against the machines (IVR’s)……
I was doing some research on 800# on the net and I ran across something that I forgot was available. It is a 800# cheat sheet. The idea behind it is to help avoid all the press options in IVR’s and get right to a live body.
