Two NEW Anime conventions

I was browsing AnimeCons.com looking at upcoming dates for Sakura and Kumori Cons.  As luck would have it I found two new ones that was totally off the radar.

Aki Con Nov 7th – 9th at the Downtown Holiday Inn in Everett WA.  It is Washington’s newest Anime and Manga convention.  Online pre-reg is 25$ and will close on 10/30/08.  After that it is 35$ at the door.  Space is limited so online registration is strongly suggested to ensure entry.

MEW Convention Dec 31st - Jan 1st.  Red Lion at the Quay,  Vancouver Wa.  (From their website) “M.E.W. Convention is a New Year’s cross genre celebration two days and nights long. From manga and anime to the realms of Sci-Fi and Fantasy, no fandom is left behind as we celebrate all of the exotic worlds imagination has to offer”.  Online pre-reg is now 35$ until Nov 30th.  It will be 40$ at the door for both days.

So if you were like me and unable to attend Sakura or Kumori cons.  You have another opportunity to join the convention madness and excitement.
